Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) is one of the foremost
National Organisations promoting Quality Movement in India, since its
inception in 1982. It is a non-profit organization with Central office
at Secunderabad. It has 20 Chapters all over the country.

The Corporate and
Institutional Membership of QCFI is around 1000 and Individual
membership is around 10000. The membership is spread over to
Manufacturing and Service Industry, Government Organisations, Academia,
Banks and Hospitals etc. All levels of management from top to junior
are involved who initiate, guide and nurture Quality Circles (QCs) as
an important part of Total Quality Control (TQC).
Mumbai Chapter
Mumbai Chapter was established
in the year 1985. It has been active for the past 25 years promoting
the Quality Circle concept and other quality concepts in several
prestigious organizations, big and small. Mumbai Chapter celebrated
Silver Jubilee Year in 2010, along with our Annual Chapter Convention.
Mumbai Chapter won the Best Chapter Awards in the year 2008 & 2010. Towards Performance Excellence :

Quality Circle Philosophy is being practiced in about 40 countries since 1962 and has been found to be most effective, reliable & simple initiative for involvement of Employees India has taken the lead in launching QC movement in South Asian countries. QCs have spread to Govt. organizations, Private Sector, Small Scale Industries, Education & Healthcare sectors as well.
